Who we are

What data we collect and why

• Contact, quote, partner and product-information forms — the details you type in (name, e-mail, phone, company, message, and any file you attach, e.g. plans). We use them solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).
• Attached files are uploaded to a private cloud storage bucket (Cloudflare R2) and are accessible only to our staff.
• Technical data — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse (art. 6(1)(f)).
• Spam protection — forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes technical browser data to tell humans from bots. Google's privacy policy applies.
• Map — the map on the contact page loads tiles from OpenStreetMap; your IP address is sent to their servers when the map is displayed.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies only are used until you give consent. If you click Accept in the cookie banner we load Google Analytics 4 (anonymous visitor statistics) and the Google Ads tag (to measure our advertising). These set cookies such as _ga, _ga_* and _gcl_au for up to 2 years. Your choice is stored in your browser (sb-consent) and can be changed at any time by clearing site data in your browser. Legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a)).

How long we keep data

Enquiry e-mails and attachments are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 3 years afterwards for possible follow-up, unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer. Server logs are kept by Cloudflare for a short technical period. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months.

Who we share data with

Data is processed on our behalf by: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, form endpoint), Interneto vizija / serveriai.lt (e-mail hosting), Google (reCAPTCHA, Cloud Storage for attachments, Analytics/Ads with your consent). We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time by writing to admin@satusbaltic.lt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
