How ordering works
What we ask from partners
A registered business — company name and company or VAT number. A way to sell or use the buildings: a shop, website, park, development or client base. No minimum volume and no exclusivity requirements.
Send the short partner form. It takes about two minutes.
We reply within one business day and open your partner portal account with your trade price list.
Pick standard models or upload your own drawings. Each quote is priced by hand for your specification and delivery address.
Approve the drawings and pay the 30 % advance — that reserves your production slot.
Your order is made in 4–8 weeks; follow it in the portal. Pay the remaining 70 % before dispatch, then collect it or we deliver it.

Questions dealers ask
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can start with a single building and order more as you sell. There are no exclusivity requirements.
How long does production take for wholesale orders?
Typically 4–8 weeks from order confirmation to delivery, including batch orders, depending on season and specification. The date is confirmed with your order.
Can I sell your buildings under my own brand?
Yes. We offer full private label: the buildings, drawings and documents can carry your brand instead of ours, for standard models and custom designs.
How does delivery work?
You choose: collect the kits ex works from our factory in Vydmantai, Lithuania, or we deliver them to your address anywhere in Europe at a price quoted with the order.
What are the payment terms?
A 30 % advance reserves your production slot; the remaining 70 % is paid before the order leaves the factory.
How are partner prices set?
Approved partners get a trade price list in the portal. Prices depend on the model and specification, and improve with the volume you order.
What documents come with the buildings?
Assembly drawings and plans for every building, the technical specification, delivery documents, warranty terms and FSC documentation on request.
