Walls are solid 28, 44, 58 or 70 mm logs or insulated 44+44 mm and 70+70 mm double walls.

Yes, if it is specified for winter: a 44+44 mm or 70+70 mm double wall with insulation in the cavity, plus roof and floor insulation and premium windows. A single 44 mm wall is meant for summer and three-season use.

It depends on where you live: most European countries allow smaller garden buildings without a permit up to a set floor area or height, while larger or residential buildings usually need one. Every cabin needs a firm, level and well-drained base — commonly a concrete slab, ground screws or concrete pavers, depending on the building size and soil. You will receive the exact base dimensions with your order so the foundation can be prepared before delivery.

Yes. Our buildings are supplied as untreated natural timber, so an exterior wood treatment (impregnation plus a stain or paint) should be applied soon after assembly and renewed periodically. It protects the cabin from UV, moisture and cracking, and keeping it up is a condition of the warranty.

A 10-year warranty against rot — 5 years for buildings with a floor area up to 20 m² or walls thinner than 44 mm — and 2 years on windows, doors and accessories. It requires a proper base, assembly according to the instructions and yearly wood treatment inside and out.

FSC-certified, slow-grown Nordic spruce and pine, machined in our own factory into precise interlocking profiles. Every part is pre-cut and numbered, and every kit ships with full assembly drawings.

No. Kits are designed for self-assembly with numbered parts and drawings, and a local contractor can build them from the same plans. Assembly arrangements can be discussed when we prepare your quote.
