Residential log houses for year-round living

Satus Baltic residential log houses range from about 80 to 126 m² with four to six rooms, several with large covered terraces. For permanent living they are built with an insulated 44+44 mm or 70+70 mm double wall, roof and floor insulation and premium windows. Each house is delivered across Europe as a pre-cut kit, and every plan can be adapted to your plot and local regulations.

Planning a house project

  • Permit: a dwelling needs a building permit almost everywhere. Your architect or engineer can work from our technical drawings.
  • Foundation: usually a concrete slab or strip foundation designed for your soil.
  • Assembly: houses of this size are normally built by a professional crew; we provide the full drawings in advance so a local contractor can quote.
  • Services and interior: heating, electrics, plumbing, bathrooms and kitchen are completed locally.

Yes. With an insulated double wall, roof and floor insulation and premium double-glazed windows, a log house is comfortable in every season.

How long does it take to get a residential log house?

Bespoke and larger buildings typically take 6–8 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. Permits and foundation work should be planned beforehand.
