How to order a log cabin and how our quotes work

Every Satus Baltic building is priced individually. You choose a standard model or describe a custom building, select the wall thickness, floor, roofing, windows and extras in the online quote form, and our team sends a personal, no-obligation quote within one business day. Standard models need no drawings; for a custom building a simple sketch or photo of a hand drawing is enough.

Step by step

  1. Pick a starting point. Browse the catalog and open a model, or go straight to the custom quote form.
  2. Configure. On a model page the short form asks only the open choices: wall thickness, floor, foundation joists, roof covering, windows and doors, shutters, insulation and delivery.
  3. Add your details and the delivery country or region.
  4. Receive your quote by e-mail within one business day. It is prepared by a person, not calculated automatically.
  5. Confirm the order. We agree the final specification and drawings, and confirm the production slot and delivery date.

  • Size and layout of the building
  • Wall thickness — single 44–70 mm or an insulated double wall
  • Roof covering, insulation and floor upgrade
  • Standard or premium windows and doors
  • Delivery distance

Custom buildings

Any dimension, layout, window position or roof shape can be changed. Upload a sketch, drawing or reference photos with the full quote form — PDF, images and CAD files are accepted.

How quickly will I get a quote?

Within one business day. Every quote is prepared by our team for your exact specification and is free and without obligation.

Do I need drawings to get a quote?

Not for a standard model — the model already defines the building. For a custom design, a simple sketch or a photo of a hand drawing is enough to start.

Why are prices not listed on the website?

The price depends on wall thickness, roofing, windows, insulation and delivery distance, so a single list price would be misleading. A personal quote shows the full cost for your configuration and address.
