There is no minimum order, production takes 4–8 weeks, and every building ships as a pre-cut, numbered kit with full assembly drawings.

What you can sell

The range covers 34 standard models: garden cabins and sheds from 7.5 m², garden offices and guest cabins, family log houses up to 126 m², single and double garages and a double carport. Every model is available in several wall thicknesses — solid 28, 44, 58 or 70 mm or an insulated 44+44 mm double wall — and can be resized or re-planned for a customer, so one supplier covers the whole range you want to show.

How dealers work with us

Apply with the short partner form; we reply within one business day.
Get your trade price list in the partner portal. Prices depend on the model and specification and improve with volume.
Quote and order in the portal — for stock, a display model or a customer's specific building.
Track production through to the estimated ready date, then collect ex works or have it delivered.

Selling support

Photos and PDF plans of every model to download for your catalogue and web shop.
Assembly drawings with every kit, so your customers or your installers can build it.
A warranty you can pass on: 10 years against rot, 2 years on windows and doors.
FSC certification documentation on request.

Is there a minimum order for dealers?

No. You can order a single building — for a display model or a customer — and there are no exclusivity requirements.

Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver by lorry across Europe, including the UK and Ireland, at a price quoted with the order. You can also collect ex works from our factory in Vydmantai, Lithuania.
