Choosing a small garden cabin

7.5–12 m² (Feira, Bron, Kemi): storage, a workshop or a summer shelter; available with 28 mm walls on the smallest models.
16–22 m² (Sicilia, Unna, Capri, Brenzo, Boston): a garden room or office for one or two people; choose 58–70 mm or an insulated double wall for use in winter.

Permits

Many countries allow garden buildings of this size without a building permit, as long as height and distance to the boundary stay within local limits. The rules differ by country and municipality, so check locally — our permit guides explain the main markets, and every model can be resized to fit a limit.

Buildings up to 20 m² carry a 5-year warranty against rot; windows and doors carry 2 years.
